What We Are Asked Most Often.

Do you offer services for both the household and business customer?

Yes, Killeen offers services for residential and commercial customers.

Are there moving trucks available to use?

Killeen Storage Solutions partners with both rental truck companies and local movers. Call us at 254.634.2097 and we’ll gladly share our recommended partners with you.

Can I buy boxes and other packing products from Killeen Storage Solutions?

Yes. We have a wide variety of boxes and packing supplies, including an Apartment Pak ($100 under prices offered by others).

Do you have moving carts available?

Killeen Storage Solutions offers both moving carts and appliance carts free of charge to our customers.

Do you have video cameras?

Killeen Storage Solutions does have video surveillance of the property. Cameras are located at the point of entry and exit and other areas around the facility.

Can anybody drive onto this property or do you need a PIN number?

Killeen Storage Solutions has an electronic gate system which can only be opened by a security code that is assigned to each individual tenant. The code allows us to monitor who is entering and exiting the facility.

What is a roll-up door?

Roll-up doors are the most common door in self-storage. They are accessed by sliding a latch and lifting the door upward, similar to the motion of a garage door. Roll-up doors allow you to maximize the usage of your space.

Do I get a lock when I rent a unit?

At Killeen Storage Solutions, you can also purchase a new disc lock at our location – just off Texas Highway 195 at Stan Schleuter Loop.

Do you offer RV/boat/car/motorcycle parking?

Yes. Killeen Storage Solutions offers parking for RVs, boats, cars and motorcycles and collectible autos.

How far in advance can I book a reservation?

We give you the flexibility to book a reservation up to 30 days in advance to help you plan ahead.

What kind of security do you have?

Killeen Storage Solutions takes great pride in protecting your belongings and strives to provide state-of-the-art security. We feature electronic gate with coded access, monitored video surveillance, fenced and well-lit facilities. We also work with the Killeen Police Department for periodic monitoring of the property.

What are the payment terms?

Killeen Storage Solutions strives to make your storage experience as hassle free as possible, including paying your bill. We also offer AutoPay and can automatically charge your Mastercard®, Visa®, Discover®, or American Express® each month. Or you can pay online in the “My Account” section here at www.killeenstoragesolutions.com.

Do you accept credit cards?

We accept several major credit cards, including MasterCard®, Visa®, Discover®, or American Express®.

Can I pay my bills online?

Yes, paying your bill online is available through the account login.

What sizes are available and how do I pick my size?

We offer a wide range of sizes to accommodate your needs. Sizes range from 5×5, or 25 square feet, to 10×20, or 200 square feet. Determining the right size is easy with the help of our online space calculator and the help of our Store Managers who are trained to assist you in this process.
